Synopsis:

 As with all the other books in the series, I loved this book. I went through so many emotions with this book. Adoration for Barrett and his persistence, being pissed off at Tabitha for always pushing him away with excuses, and complete happiness when things were going perfectly. There were also times when I hurt for both of them and wanted to make everything better for them.

 

 

One night after work, Tabitha stopped by the pub in town to get some food. What she didn't count on was running into Barrett...The oh so sexy man she thinks she can never have.

 

 

Tabitha ends up passing out at the bar from her constant migraines and Barrett being the amazing guy that he is, couldn't let her be by herself because he was too worried and takes her back to his place, where was in and out of it all night. Before you say "why didn't he call an ambulance?!" He did and she refused to go.to.the hospital and also refused to be alone, but he was a perfect gentleman!

 

 

This kicks everything off. Mr. I'll-never-settle got knocked on his ass with Tabitha. He's determined to make her his and will prove just how serious he is.

 

 

Tabitha is afraid. She has her reasons and boy are they a doozie! So she pushes and pushes him away, but it does nothing but fuel him on.

 

 

Barrett isn't one to take no for an answer. I mean come on, he's a lawyer and they don't react well to hearing no.

 

 

Barrett and Tabitha have A LOT of ups and downs throughout the book. One minute you're yelling "YES!!!" And the next you're pissed off saying "WTF?! NOOOO DON'T DO WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO DO!!"

 

I could give you more, but I think it would give too much more away and I really think you should go find out if they get their HEA.

 

 

I definitely recommend this book and have to warn you, you're in for a ride, but it's so worth it!!
