First of all let me say how much I loved this book. It's quite easily one of my top ten reads so far this year.

We meet Brooke in the prologue after just being involved in an accident and by just reading those few pages you are immediately drawn into the story and want to find out what happened to her to cause such agony.

The book starts 4 years later and we find Brooke living in another state after moving away from home to make a fresh start on rebuilding her life. My heart hurt reading this book. I couldn't even begin to fathom what it would feel like to go through such tragedy and come out the other end. She's made a life for herself and even made some very good friends. One of which is Tyler.

*Swoon*.

I loved Tyler from the get-go, with his kindness and need to be with Brooke through all her emotional and happy times and of course it doesn't hurt that he's so dreamy. As I continued with the book my heart swelled for Brooke. Her broken soul was slowly becoming whole again all because of that beautiful man.  Tyler has had his fair share of heartbreak also, but his unwavering sense of hope and willingness to put his heart out there again just made reading this book all the more pleasurable. It made my heart smile!

Her other best friend Jenna made me chuckle one more than one occasion with her "lack of filter" and her no frills no b.s attitude. She's a source of light in Brooke's otherwise dark world, a perfect counter-balance to Brooke' s broken soul.

This book kept me captivated til the very last page and I honestly didn't want the story to end. I really hope we get to read more about this lovely couple and more of Jenna and Jackson.

I give this book a full 5 stars, but if truth be told I would give it so much more if I could. I can't wait to read more from this author.

A truly, utterly fabulous book. I enjoyed every minute of it.
