Synopsis:

 

She awoke with no memory of who she was, but one clue will lead her to him…

 

Abigail Adams had it all, she's a gorgeous supermodel, has a wealthy fiancé, and a career on the rise. But that quickly changes when she wakes up in the hospital not remembering anything. The only memories she does have are not her own, but of a total stranger.

 

When Abigail discovers that her fiancé has been cheating on her, she leaves him and runs to the arms of the one man she is hoping will give her the answers she seeks.

 

Matt Garcia is used to playing the field, keeping his heart guarded, but then Abigail Adams unexpectedly shows up at his door hoping he will be the answer she is looking for. Hmmmmm..... WHERE TO BEGIN?!?! When I first came across Unspoken Memories, it piqued my interest, because it didn’t sound like your everyday read. Plus, I’m a sucker for romance!

 

We first meet Abigail while she is in a coma. She can hear all that is going on around her and she tries to open her eyes, but is unable to and falls back into the darkness. A short time passes and she finally wakes up. Oh boy! She’s one sassy girl! She has no clue who she is, or how she got to be in the hospital.  She only remembers some memories, but the kicker is, they aren’t her own memories!!! 

 

Couple days later, she goes home with her fiancé, Bill, who is as fake as can be and a complete ASS!!!  LOATHED him from the beginning!

 

She learns about some of the memories and they lead her to Matt. She hopes that he can help her figure out who she was before her memory loss. Their first encounter had me laughing my ass off because she has sass and is a complete smart ass!!! Matt’s roommate Trey, who is also drop dead sexy, answers the door completely recognizing who she is. And the things that come out of her mouth are priceless!!!

 

“I roll my eyes. ‘No, I’m Mother Teresa, I’ve come to save your soul.  Again, is Matthew Garcia here?’”

 

After their discussion, what she hoping for didn’t happen and she leaves just as confused.

 

After a run one day, she doesn’t just learn how fake Bill is, but that he is also a lying, cheating bastard! This gives her the reason she’s been looking for to run from him. And where she runs is straight into the arms of the GORGEOUS and AMAZING Matthew Garcia!!!

 

Matt is so amazing!!! Besides being DROP DEAD SEXY and a HOT PIECE of MAN CANDY, he is a sweetheart and wants nothing but to protect Abigail. This is why he is so amazing; I mean, what guy wants to take care of someone that he JUST met, even if she is a HOT SUPER MODEL?!?!

 

Abi moves in and they all start to get to know each other.  He helps her become who she wants to be after her memory loss and they move forward together. They are practically inseparable and become really close. But, no matter how close they get and how much they want each other, Matt keeps her at an arm’s length away.  

 

 

Every one of their friends can see how much they care for each other. HELL, I could see how much they cared about each other and how much Matt TRULY CARED for her! Matt still keeps her close, but refuses to take it that extra step!

 

 

“Look, I don’t know what’s going on in that beautiful head of yours, but whatever it is, brought you to me, which makes you mine now, and I always protect what’s mine Abigail.”

 

 

Did I mention that he was also SWOON WORTHY??!?!?!! NO?! Oh, well, now you have been warned!!! Matt will make you drool over the things he says and does for Abigail.

 

There is so much SEXUAL TENSION between Abigail and Matt that you can cut it with a knife!!!  And Matt getting comfortable and walking around in just black boxer briefs all the time doesn’t help at all!!!!!!

 

But no matter how SWOON WORTHY he is, he is still a guy, and he will have you yelling “YOU FREAKING IDIOT!!!!” at your kindle.  There will be times that you are going to want to THROW your KINDLE, but you HAVE to REFAIN from throwing your kindle!

 

Despite everything that goes on throughout the book, you can’t help but HOPE they get together and that he isn’t going to SCREW up SOOOO BAD that they will never be together!! And Matt does screw up and more than once!

 

So do they get eventually get together, or does Matt have his head so far up his ASS that he screws up his one chance at finally being happy and giving Abi what she deserves? Well I guess you will just have to read and find out!!!

 

Unspoken Memories DEFINITELY ranks up into my top reads list! It had me laughing, screaming “YOU FREAKING IDIOT!!!” on more than one occasion and almost crying because I hurt for Abigail with all the crap she has to go through.

 

But in spite of everything, Abigail comes out a strong, loveable woman with a sassy attitude and a smart ass mouth!!!  Makes me envy her a little bit!!! LOL!!!

 

“I see Matt silently observing my ass, right before he quickly brings his hand down making contact with it. If I wasn’t awake before, I am now.”

 

“I don’t know whether to be upset or turned on. Right now my body is leaning towards the latter, but I‘m not going to announce that to him.”

 

And, like I have said before, Matt is just oh so amazing!! He’s smart, funny, caring, SWOON WORTHY, completely PROTECTIVE over Abi and DROP DEAD SEXY!!!

 

As Cézanne Dilbert, one of the ladies I talked to about this book said,” this book should come with a warning label: May cause suspicious thoughts, strong outbursts, and sexual frustration. Please keep all men 20 feet away, and kindles in protective cases, use pancakes and ice baths at your discretion.” And it is completely true!!!!

 

 

I definitely would recommend this book and I give it 5 stars!!!!!
