My. My. I had never come across CJ Fallowfield until I was looking at Authors that were attending an upcoming signing that I am attending & another attending Author pointed me in the direction of CJ. Why have I never found her before? Her writing is superb, such a fabulous writer. The Temptress had it all, the steamy sex scenes that make you want to take a cold shower (nothing to do with the heat in England right now!!), the sexy alpha male that makes you want to strange him & jump his bones all at the same time & lets not forget the lead Lady, I loved Lulu, she was a total babe!

Business is booming & while Lulu gained her nickname 'The Temptress' by having a clean score sheet & getting any of her 'clients' the evidence they need. While Lulu's bssiness is flying her private life is quite the opposite.. She cant forget the one night stand she had 6 years previous, no man she has met since has quite matched up to HIM...
HIM... AKA Luc La Grand. Luc is a hot alpha male that knows what he wants & doesn't give him until he gets whatever it is he wants, and this time he wants Lulu. The thing is Lulu doesn't do one night stands, she falls quickly & she needs to protects her heart from being broken & breaking her heart is exactly what she can see a man like Luc doing... Can she resist him or will she bend to his commands?
Fast forward six year & Luc's WIFE.. Yup WIFE... comes to Lulu for her help in trapping her Husband, because she believes he is cheating on her. The thing is Mrs Le Grand never tells Lulu exactly who her husband is.. Lulu gets the shock of her life when she struts into the Hotel Bar & is met by Luc Le Grand, her one night of fun that she has never been able to forget..Luckily for her she isn't Lulu for the night but Isabelle. Isabelle has blue eyes & blonde hair, the complete opposite to the Lulu Luc once knew, but will he notice?
Lulu never thought she would ever see Luc again & he never thought he would see her, they knew nothing about eachother except the Country in which they lived & the their first names but let's be honest that isn't much.
When Lulu is face to face with Luc can she hold her own or will she melt at his feet? After all he is the one guy she has never been able to forget.
Will these guys ever be able to become a 'We' or will Lulu always run from commitment? There is a small fact that Luc is now MARRIED!!
I'm rating The Temptress 5 stars, not because the book was perfect but because the pros outweighed the cons. This book has it all. Steamy sex scenes that kind of pale in comparison to some stories, the sex was more realistic rather than all this stuff that doesn't even sound real. I liked how easy the relationship between Lulu, Coco & Dom is, they're so close, everyone would wish they have a Brother & Best friend just like this duo. The relationship development between Lulu & Luc was fast paced but not fake fast, it worked! Not only the story and the characters but the Author & her writing style, are fab & I will most definitely be looking at more of her work.
I am giving this story a 5 star because it grabbed me, it shocked me, it made me laugh HARD, it made me gasp and it made me teary eyed.. Not many books can do that to me...
Just to quickly touched upon the cons in this book... not many and nothing much but I found it was a little slow in the first 15% but that was due to the fact that I was overly keen on the flash back to the one night stand. I get that it needed touching it but not in so much detail maybe? Just give me the nitty gritty & i'll be happy. All in all a fab book & now I have a new author to release watch on!!
