expect him to change. I think this is what I like about Hugo, you know he isn't going to change, maybe he will tweek but he is never fully change.  

Obviously being Theo's best friend we got a rough background on Hugo in 'Besieged, Conquered & Surrendered' but not to the extent you see him in his own book. Obliviously.

Hugo is a whore, worse than a whore... he is complete filth! He fucks anyone & everyone even though he claims to have standards, I'm not sure he has.. Molly AKA Lilly's best friend see's through his bullshit ways. He isn't just a guy that gives world shattering orgasms, he is a great guy, kind & caring, well at least he is with Molly.

Molly is in love with Hugo, as much as she doesn't want to admit it to herself. She is. Molly know she can do better but she can't walk out of Hugo's life altogether so they become friends... in actual fact they become best friends. Hugo doesn't do anything with women except from fuck so being friends with a women he can't fuck is mind boggling to him.

These two are a fiery pair and both compliment eachother fabulously, they both pull the best out in eachother. Hugo pulls out the side of Molly that shows she isn't the good girl everyone makes her out to be, she is just Molly around Hugo, she opens up to him.

Hugo on the other hand is a completely different guy when he is around Molly. That is when he isn't trying to get into her panties. Hugo is actually a sensitive, caring guy that cares deeply for Molly.

If you are reading this as part of the series you ill remember Alex the hot doctor from when Lilly has the accident. If not Alex is a hot doctor who caught the eye of Molly while treating Lilly in hospital. These two hit it off and are vaguely dating, Molly like Alex. Alex is the perfect guy, reliable, trustworthy & someone you can see yourself settling down with but why does Molly feels something is missing?

When it comes down to it who will Molly choose. Hugo or Alex?

She know who she SHOULD choose but when your head & your heart are at war which will win?

Your heart is telling you to choose Hugo but your head knows he is no good for you he will never change, while your head is telling you Alex is the right guy, the guy that can make all your dreams come true but your heart is telling you its torn.

This quote made me laugh. This is typical Hugo. If you are offended by this small statement then maybe Hugo is not for you.

This is typical LP Lovell right here... she has a foul mouth but it works, I love her writing style & how her characters are bad ass, none of her books end as you would think they should, least of all Hugo's this book had THE BEST ending I have EVER written, to the point, no need for explanations.

Nothing is simple with 'Ruined' nothing is 'the usual' and never expect anything! I'm a tough old bird and not much makes me cry... well except puppies... puppies make me cry... & babies... babies make me gooey but anyway... yes tough old bird... well less of the old but anyway you know what I'm saying... not much makes me cry & at one part... okay two parts in-particular made me well up & water very nearly fell from my eyes!

Can I give a book rating higher than 5 star? Is that possible? Because I so would! I LOVED book 1-3 of the 'she who dares' series but 'Ruined' has Ruined me for all other books... Hugo is a beast... I fucking LOVE him... he is hilarious!!!
