This is my new favorite SE Hall book!! I was hooked after the prologue.

 

Liz bought a bus and is on the road with her brother (who you will absolutely fall in love with!), her two best friends, Rhett and Jarrett, and one more band member. When said band member gets kicked off of the bus and out of the band, the remaining members wonder what they are going to do to fill the vacancy in the band.

 

Enter Cannon Blackwell. They find him sitting at a rest stop after his fiancé dumped him on the side of the road with nothing but a bag and and a guitar. A guitar! Perfect!! Liz musters up the courage to go talk to him. She can see he is good looking from far away, but she got up to him she discovered that he was hot!!

 

"Women worldwide would pay top dollar for the chance to watch this guy do anything, algebra even..."

 

After a thorough interview process (LOL!), they decide to make him a member. Then the adventure begins.

 

Liz is a mother hen type and Cannon is a gentle and passionate soul. It is so refreshing to read their story and observe things change between the two as their relationship develops. It was also interesting to see how the others reacted to Liz and Cannon's evolving relationship. One of the guys didn't have a easy time dealing with it.

 

This is one of those purely, beautiful stories that sticks with you for days after you've read it. I immediately read it again after I finished it. I am highly recommending this one!!
