SJ's Review.

My review rating is 3.5 stars. Thats a low rating for me and don't get me wrong I liked the story and I liked Shane and the guys in the story, even Emily. I liked Emily. But Lindsay I could not grow to like her, she just didn't grow on me. She grated on me if im truthful. Anyway to the storyline.

Shane owns his own tattoo shops, she a great tattoo artist and a great family supporting him and working for him but he is missing one thing. A girl.

That is until Lindsay Stevens crashes into his life, literally. Instantly Shane liked Lindsay and became her knight in shining armour, but Lindsay doesn't want a knight or his shining armour she doesn't want anyone. She has always been under the watchful eye of her parents and she has moved to California to get away from all the judgement.

Can Lindsay stay away from Shane?

Is Shane trouble?

Is Shane asking for more than he can handle getting involved with Lindsay?

So both of these two are hiding something, is that really the best way to start a relationship? On lies? There is a definate attraction between the pair but is it enough for them to be together? Who will give in and ask who out first? Will either of them ask the other?

Throughout this book I wanted to bang these guys heads together. Like seriously STOP and listen to eachother rather than running all the time.

One thing I really liked about this book was the fact that Shane was famous in the tattoo world and women loved him but he didn't brag about it, he didn't come across as smarmy or cocky he was a genuine guy. He looked out for those he loved and he cared for everyone around him.

Lindsy. I already said she didn't grow on me but as a character she was a great match for Shane. Oposites attract and all that but are the really all that different? Both are hiding something pretty big. Lindsay about her past and who she really is. When her parents arrive will that throw the progress Lindsay and Shane have made out the window? I hope not, I was actually rooting for these guys.  Lindsay grew on me nearer the end of the book when she grew some balls and started standing up for herself. If you had your life mapped out for you I guess you would be the same.

Lindsay's parents expected the best from her and what they find when they visit isnt exactly what they envisioned for thier daughter.

When iI first read the synopsis for this book I was so excited about reading it. I am just a sucker for a hot tattooist BUT.... yes Shane was hot in the attractive form of things but that is where his hotness stops. As for badboy... not really! He had the bad boy look but really he wasn't a bad guy at all.

All in all a great read just a shame I couldn't connected in Lindsay. I must add I will be reading the next installment in the Indelibly Marked Series as I can't wait to read on from the teasers I read at the back of Permenant.
