Kaley is a good girl and an actress that is tied to a contract her agent signed her up too without her knowledge 5years ago, so Kaley is determined to ruin her own reputation. Starting by getting a tattoo.
Lucky's having a bad day, he's had to sack a employee for making a pass at a customer so he is left with the job of finishing a tattoo that his ex employee started. To make matters worse he needs to remember the combination of his new safe that holds the deeds to his two shops, without the deeds he can't get the loan he needs in order to open two more shops.
When Lucky walks into the room in his tattoo studio & sees the beautiful girl sat in his chair with her hip exposed he knows he's in trouble. The attraction is instant for him, he does her tattoo but he also leaves a little something within it that he shouldn't have. What will happen when he gets found out?Can kayleigh forgive him?
Kaley sees him walk in the room & instantly feels the attraction, the sex appeal is oozing from him, he is a badass through and through. She has to have him.
Lucky turns up at a gallery opening one night after finding out that Kaley would be there & finds her in an awkward situation. One thing leads to another. Lucky & Kaley start dating, but for different reasons, can they both get over their issues and just bebe together?
I really loved this book, lucky is a real baddass with major sex appeal & his heart is in the right place, he has a lot of guilt he needs to get past...
Kaley is a fun loving girl who has been hurt in the past & not just from past boyfriends. She has tended to shy away from relationships so she doesn't get hurt again. Can she get past this to make a go of it with Lucky? What will happen when Kaley finds out about Lucky's past? Can they both get past it? Will an unexpected blast from the past help them deal with it all?
The story line was great. I honestly couldn't put the book down, I totally connected with the characters in the story and it flowed so well. There were a few unexpected twists that I didn't see coming which made the storyline all the more exciting. When reading the book I felt myself being really drawn into the story, I went through feeling sad, happy & even angry at times..I was sorry to see this book end. I wanted it to go on for longer & I no you will feel the same, you'll be hooked before you no it. I would definately reccomend this book & it gets a 5* rating off me!!!
About the Author.
Kelly resides in a quiet suburb somewhere between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY. Her day job? Kelly works in health care representing a group of nursing facilities in the WNY area. She’s been faithfully writing for three years but did write her first book ten years ago. She put it down to raise her son as a single mom and then picked it back up when she and her son finally grew up. That's when she settled into her newly married adult life and started to seriously write again. She's dabbled with Romantic Suspense stories, but recently she's been on a contemporary kick.
