Any one who knows me knows I am a big fan of Rachel and I have been since day one and today is no different. Her writing, her book and her. I just love all things Rachel, and now she has added another Crawford Brother to my long list of Book Boyfriends. Josh Crawford is the man of all men. Tate was my first love with Rachel then I thought Ky would overtake him in the book boyfriend front but Tate still piped it by a little bit but now... now Josh has the number one spot, even if im heart did flutter a little when Tate appeared in Be My Temptation.
Josh Crawford is the sexy alpha male who one look from him has girls dropping panties left right and centre, he is the 'Bash & Dash' kinda guy, but he has a heart of gold for anyone in his circle. He is as loyal as loyal can be when it comes to his friends and family, as long as

Ashlyn Hart is the wild fire best friend of Ky Crawford. Only having met Ky five years ago when when she sneaking out of his Brothers room after giving over her virginity to the one Crawford Brother afraid of commitment, she fell into an easy friendship with Ky which meant tormenting herself by being about Josh all the time & never getting to have him again, but always having to witness him with a trail of women throwing their panties at him. All she has ever wanted is for Josh to notice her.
Ashlyn has always wanted Josh & Josh has always wanted Ashlyn but he couldn't have her, why? Well that he will have to tell you but finally Josh makes his move and is all going to be good? Will Ashlyn & Josh finally get the relationship they deserve or will Josh decide one pussy for the rest of hi life is less than appealing to him? Ashlyn has wanted Josh for five years since she handed over her virginity to him but she assumed he would never give up his 'Playboy' status & settle down, Josh never seemed that sort, so imagine her surprise when she moves into his apartment while she has work done in hers and everything he does & says points to the fact that he feels the same for her as she does for him. Could her dreams finally be coming true?
Is all that is good between Josh & Ashlyn about to be torn in two when Lachlan makes it known that he is not giving Ashlyn up without a fight & fight he does. Ashlyn gave Lachlan multiple chances to be the man she needed him to be but everytime he cheated on her and broke her heart over and over again, this time its Josh's turn to show Ashlyn she deserves to live in love but will Josh come out on top or will Lachlan get his wicked way?
This story was beautifully written, Josh & Ashlyn have always had a connection but seeing that connection develop & progress was great. There was a few slow parts in the story nearer the end when you knew Lachlan was going to make an appearance but it just wasn't happening but other than that it was a truly beauitful & swoonworthy story. I welled up a few times near the end of the book where Josh was just so damn swoony!! That man could melt the panties off a nun.Rachel went above and beyond with Be My Temptation & it is now my favourite Brookes Book!Awarding 5 stars to Be My Temptation because not only would Josh be anyone temptation but Ashlyn she was a sassy, beautiful, strong women, who finally get the happy ever after she deserves with a man that actually deserves her. Not saying it was easy, because lets face it they never had it easy, they had multiple bumps in their road but they got there in the end :)
