Review By Lisa:

This was such a sweet read and I really enjoyed it.

Penny has dealt with a tragic loss and is now finally out of her little bubble.

Out with her two best friends, Darla and Boone, they head to the local bar to watch a new band. Penny wasn't all that impressed until a HOT guy comes out on stage and starts playing the guitar and singing.

Did I mention that they lock eyes throughout the WHOLE song?!

Once done with the song, he leaves the stage and she thinks that's all that she is going to see of him. But boy was she wrong.

Jackson finally finds her and asks her out, but fight breaks out at the bar because some guy goes to hit Darla. Boone steps in and hits the guy. That when the craziness happens and she runs out the bar with her best friends, after turning him down.

Jackson isn't too happy that he got shut down and finds out that Penny left her ID at the bar. Jackson takes advantage of that and tells the bartender that he will take it to her.

That's when things start looking up for the two. Penny tries to keep her distance, but can't help but want to be around Jackson. Who WOULDN'T want to be around a hot, sweet, and all around amazing guy?!?!

Things heat up causing them take their relationship to the next level, and decide to take on the boyfriend/girlfriend label.

They are really good for each other.

Jackson's mom passed away and he is now on a mission to find his father. It's all he has been focused on besides his music career, and one night stands. Penny shows him that there is more to just looking for his father and one night stands and Jackson shows her that there is more to life than dwelling on her tragic past.

Just as they get comfortable in their relationship, the one thing that Jackson has been waiting for happens; he gets the address to his father's house. Little does he know it could cost him his relationship with Penny.

Does this turn of events ruin everything that they have both ever wanted, or will it bring them closer together?

I suggest reading to find out if they get their happy ending.

I really did enjoy this book. It was refreshing to read a book without drama throughout the entire book. Don't get me wrong, I like my drama filled books, but sometimes its nice to read something sweet.

If you're looking for a sweet read, with some steamy scenes, then I definitely recommend this book!

5 Stars!!!!!
